The village is very large, with separate areas for campers, caravans, and accommodations. There is enough distance between the bungalows. The swimming pool is well equipped, with sunbeds and umbrellas available!

I stayed here with my son for the Carabinieri Officers Academy entrance exam. Great value for money… we booked a bungalow with dinner and breakfast. I highly recommend it: not only is it close to the barracks, but it’s also convenient for reaching the city centre. On top of that, it’s surrounded by nature.

The campsite is located within a wooded area: quiet and cool, ideal for the summer season. A bit far from the city centre but well served by bus no. 200 and the urban train. The internal shuttle service from the reception to the entrance of the camping area is very convenient, but only available during daytime hours. The driver was always very kind.

Wonderful welcome! It’s the second time we’ve come back here and the staff are always super kind, professional and helpful. We were warmly received at the reception and were delighted to return to their restaurant, where they treated us like honoured guests. The service — from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant — is impeccable, and they offer an excellent selection of starters, main courses, pizzas, and above all wines 😂 We can’t wait to come back at the next opportunity.

The property is really well organized for those like me who needed accommodation to take part in the Carabinieri entrance exam. I felt really comfortable since the property is very close to the Salvo d’Acquisto barracks. This place holds a memory and a personal milestone that will remain indelible over time. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very large and well-equipped village. The bungalow where we stayed is a bit old (there are newer ones), but it was spacious enough and had everything needed for the stay. The staff were kind. It is located 10 minutes by car from the centre of Rome, and the price is much more convenient compared to hotels or B&Bs (considering how much prices have gone up for the Jubilee). And since it is a campsite, the tourist tax is also lower (€3 per person compared to €7.50 in hotels).

This is not the first time I have stayed at this property and it is again a great option for those who need to stay in the area.

Our campsite

Camping at Flaminio Village, on green pitches benefitting from the natural shade of majestic lime and black locust trees. Flaminio Village began life as a campsite in the beautiful and longstanding Veio Regional Park. It is a real oasis of greenery close to central Rome, and went on to become a tourist village. The same family have run it since 1974 with as much enthusiasm and professionalism as ever, maintaining and improving the quality of the facilities and services over the years.
